We had good equity and income streams; however we didn’t have the experience, time or confidence to do a property development by ourselves. The concept of partnering with someone else to do a project was new, strange and uncomfortable for us, not having done anything like that before.
We then met the team at One Level Up. After several meetings and discussions, we agreed to work together leveraging our financial strength with their time, experience and knowledge; today we are pleased with the very strong financial gains achieved.
Along the way they delivered on their promise of arranging all aspects and doing the work needed to take the deal to completion, from finding the initial site through to design, approvals, supervising the build all the way to selling.
They worked hard at maintaining great relationships, communicating easily with all the professionals involved, resulting in great project flow as they maintained constant impetus to keep the project moving along.
We found the One Level Up team to be competent, responsive, and at all times accountable as they dealt with us and others with integrity. Importantly they were at all times open and transparent in their regular communications with us.
The result was a project on time considering Covid19 impact on Council’s workload and the weather; and despite the unexpected building cost increases it exceeded our financial expectations. We are open to and discussing the next project we can do together.
